I've worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, helping people navigate everything from normal life stressors to more complex mental health concerns. Today, I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults throughout California.
I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and believe that feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of the therapeutic relationship.

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring therapy to each individual person.
I enjoy helping teens and adults better understand themselves and their values, build practical coping skills, improve relationships, and feel more confident navigating the ups and downs of life.

We'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your background, current challenges, strengths, and support system, and we'll begin identifying what you'd like to get out of our work together.
Like any relationship, finding a therapist who feels like a good fit matters. If my approach resonates with you, I'd love to connect.
